Terms and Conditions of Identification Card

    1. Proper Usage: This identification card is the property of Inspired Hope Inc. and is issued exclusively for the use of authorized employees. It is prohibited to lend, duplicate, or use this identification card in an unauthorized manner.
    2. Personal Responsibility: The cardholder is solely responsible for its safekeeping and proper use. In case of loss or theft, it must be reported immediately to the company’s human resources department.
    3. On-Premises Use: The identification card must be carried at all times while the employee is on the company premises. It may be required to be presented to security personnel, supervisors, or other employees.
    4. Off-Premises Use: The identification card must not be used outside of the company premises unless necessary in relation to authorized work-related activities.
    5. Alterations and Forgeries: Any modification or forgery of the identification card is strictly prohibited. Any alteration will result in disciplinary actions and potential legal measures.
    6. Expiration and Return: Upon termination of employment with Inspired Hope Inc, the cardholder must return the identification card to the human resources department. Expired or cards of former employees must not be used under any circumstances.
    7. Access to Facilities and Resources: Possession of the identification card does not guarantee access to specific areas or resources within the company. Access to restricted areas will be subject to additional policies and permissions.
